Flat Cut Letters
Custom flat-cut letters and logos cut from acrylic, aluminium composite or rigid foamboard — ideal for shopfronts, reception areas and interior branding. Choose from Rigid Foamboard (matt, for short-term or internal signs), Aluminium Composite (matt or gloss, for exterior signage) or Acrylic (gloss, with a 10-year colour guarantee for external use). Available in an extensive range of colours including black, anthracite, greys, whites, pastels, primary colours and metallics (silver, gold, bronze, copper, gunmetal) plus brushed and mirror finishes. Supplied with your choice of fixing: no fixings, VHB tape & cardboard template, sign locators & template, sign locators & cladding template, or VHB tape & vinyl template. Sign Trays
Bespoke folded sign trays manufactured from 3mm aluminium composite — a sturdy, long-lasting solution for shopfront and exterior signage. Supplied flat for on-site installation. Available in matt or gloss finish across an extensive colour range: black, anthracite, mid grey, grey, white, soft pink, magenta, pink, red, orange, yellow, beige, cream, pastel green, green, dark green, olive green, sky blue, azure, deep blue, steel blue, purple, lilac, burgundy, brown, plus brushed silver, mirror gunmetal, brushed champagne, gold (flat or brushed), brushed bronze and brushed copper. Width up to 3000mm (2400mm for special finishes), height up to 1460mm (1200mm for special finishes), with optional upstand/downstand lips. Choose without fixings, with a cut-to-length aluminium angle, or aluminium angle plus a pre-drilled, countersunk fixing kit with screws and caps. Production and dispatch in 2-3 working days.
Fret Cut Sign Trays
Illuminated fret-cut sign trays — folded pans from 3mm aluminium composite with LED-illuminated cut-out lettering or graphics, built for exterior use. Specify width, height, return depth (85mm recommended to avoid LED hot-spotting) and optional upstand/downstand. Same extensive aluminium composite colour range as our standard sign trays, in matt or gloss. Each cut-out area can be finished as Recessed (opal acrylic fitted to the reverse for a recessed look), Flush (5mm opal acrylic almost flush with the face) or Raised (10mm opal acrylic protruding around 5mm) — clear or opal acrylic, with vinyl overlay available for other colours. Choose a full LED-illuminated tray (Samsung LED chips, CE-approved IP67 power supplies, complete with backing board) or a face-only tray for fitting into an existing lightbox. Production in 3-4 working days after artwork and payment.

Bespoke cut acrylic panels to complement our stock range — select material, quantity, panel size and fixings for an instant price. Choose from clear, frosted clear, green-edge clear, black, black matt, dark grey, grey, white matt, white, opal, soft pink, hot pink, red, tomato, orange, golden yellow, yellow, cream, desert beige, matt ivory, lime green, grass green, green, kelly green, dark green, teal, soft blue, sky blue, brilliant blue, azure blue, navy blue, violet, burgundy, brown, gold, silver, mirror gold and mirror silver — all in a gloss finish. Available in 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm or 15mm thickness, with straight edges or 5mm/10mm/20mm rounded corners. Fixing options include no holes, 5mm screw holes, or metal stand-offs (13×19, 19×19, 19×25 or 25×25mm) in chrome, satin, polished gold or satin black finish — typically supplied as a set of 4, adjustable to your needs. Engraved Panels
Bespoke laser-engraved panels using a premium-grade engraving laminate with a contrasting face and core colour. Once laser engraved, the core colour is revealed, creating a permanent, tamper-proof sign — ideal for door plates, equipment labels and safety signage. 1.6mm thick, up to a maximum size of 1200×600mm, with 24 laminate colour combinations available including metallic white/black, white/red, white/royal blue, white/green, ivory/brown, yellow/black, orange/white, red variants, burgundy/white, pink, purple/white, greens, greys, black/white, black/yellow, black/gold and black/silver. Fix with no fixings or double-sided tape. Production in 2-3 working days after artwork upload.
Illuminated Letters
30mm LED-lit luxury letters with embedded illumination for an even, glowing face. Built from 30mm opal acrylic with the return wrapped in vehicle wrap vinyl (gloss or matt) for durability and easy maintenance — available in white, black, beige, primrose yellow, yellow, sunrise, sunset, orange, bright red, dragon red, deep red, sky blue, marina, ultra marine, dark blue, pine green, jungle green, mid green, medium grey, dark grey, silver and gold. LED illumination colours: cool white, warm white, neutral white, red, blue, green, pink and amber. Suitable for internal use or external use (with additional LED waterproofing). Fixing options: none, locators and template, VHB double-sided tape, or threaded studs with template. Cut-ready vector artwork required (AI, EPS, PDF or DXF). Rimless Illuminated Letters
Premium rimless built-up illuminated letters — an acrylic face combined with a 0.6mm aluminium coil return, 60mm deep, supporting face illumination, halo illumination, or both. Best suited to larger letters (250mm+ height) with a minimum 25mm stroke width. Acrylic face available in 34+ colours (clear, frosted clear, green-edge clear, black, black matt, dark grey, grey, white matt, white, opal, soft pink, hot pink, red, tomato, orange, golden yellow, yellow, ivory, lime green, grass green, green, kelly green, dark green, teal, sky blue, brilliant blue, azure blue, navy blue, violet, burgundy, brown, gold, silver, mirror silver); acrylic back tray in a similarly extensive range. Aluminium returns finished in matt or gloss, in white, black, anthracite, red, dark blue, light blue, green, orange, yellow, brushed silver, brushed gold, mirror gold or mirror silver.
