Fret Cut Sign Trays

Illuminated fret-cut sign trays — folded pans from 3mm aluminium composite with LED-illuminated cut-out lettering or graphics, built for exterior use. Specify width, height, return depth (85mm recommended to avoid LED hot-spotting) and optional upstand/downstand. Same extensive aluminium composite colour range as our standard sign trays, in matt or gloss. Each cut-out area can be finished as Recessed (opal acrylic fitted to the reverse for a recessed look), Flush (5mm opal acrylic almost flush with the face) or Raised (10mm opal acrylic protruding around 5mm) — clear or opal acrylic, with vinyl overlay available for other colours. Choose a full LED-illuminated tray (Samsung LED chips, CE-approved IP67 power supplies, complete with backing board) or a face-only tray for fitting into an existing lightbox. Production in 3-4 working days after artwork and payment.
