Sign Trays

Bespoke folded aluminium composite sign trays — a robust, long-lasting solution for shopfront fascias and exterior signage. Manufactured from 3mm aluminium composite and supplied flat for on-site installation. Available in matt or gloss finish across an extensive colour range: black, anthracite, mid grey, grey, white, soft pink, magenta, pink, red, orange, yellow, beige, cream, pastel green, green, dark green, olive green, sky blue, azure, deep blue, steel blue, purple, lilac, burgundy, brown, plus brushed silver, mirror gunmetal, brushed champagne, gold (flat or brushed), brushed bronze and brushed copper. Width up to 3000mm, height up to 1460mm with optional upstand/downstand lips. Choice of no fixings, aluminium angle, or aluminium angle with pre-drilled fixing kit. Production in 2–3 working days.

Full-colour printed aluminium composite (ACM) sign board — 3mm thickness, rigid and weatherproof. Ideal for long-lasting outdoor signage, estate boards and site notices.

Fret Cut Sign Trays

Illuminated fret-cut sign trays — folded aluminium composite pans with LED-illuminated cut-out lettering or logos, built for shopfront and exterior use. Specify width, height and return depth (85mm recommended to avoid hot-spotting). Same extensive colour range as our standard sign trays in matt or gloss. Cut-out areas finished as Recessed (opal acrylic fitted to the reverse), Flush (5mm opal acrylic almost flush with the face) or Raised (10mm opal acrylic protruding around 5mm). Available as a full LED-illuminated tray (Samsung LED chips, CE-approved IP67 power supply, backing board) or face-only for fitting to an existing lightbox. Production in 3–4 working days after artwork approval.

Acrylic Panels

Bespoke cut acrylic panels in 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm or 15mm thickness — for retail displays, wall signage, menu boards and architectural glazing. Available in 40+ colours including clear, frosted, opal, black, white, red, blue, green, gold, silver, mirror gold and mirror silver — all in a gloss finish. Straight edges or 5mm/10mm/20mm rounded corners. Fixing options include no holes, screw holes, or metal stand-offs in chrome, satin, polished gold or satin black finish. Ideal for offices, restaurants, hotels and high-end retail environments. Manufactured in 2–3 working days.

Engraved Panels

Laser-engraved sign panels using premium engraving laminate with a contrasting face and core colour. Engraving reveals the core colour permanently — creating tamper-proof, long-lasting signage ideal for door plates, room numbers, desk nameplates, equipment labels and health and safety signs. 1.6mm thick, maximum size 1200×600mm. Available in 24 two-tone laminate colour combinations including metallic options. Fix with no fixings or double-sided tape. Production in 2–3 working days.

Illuminated Letters

30mm deep LED-illuminated luxury letters with embedded lighting for an even, glowing face. Built from 30mm opal acrylic with the return wrapped in vehicle wrap vinyl (gloss or matt) for durability and easy maintenance. Available in 22 vinyl return colours including whites, blacks, metallics and primary colours. LED illumination in cool white, warm white, neutral white, red, blue, green, pink and amber. Suitable for indoor use or outdoor use (with additional LED waterproofing). Fixing options: none, sign locators & template, VHB double-sided tape, or threaded studs with template. Vector artwork required (AI, EPS, PDF or DXF). Production time 7 working days.

Rimless Illuminated Letters

Premium rimless built-up illuminated letters — an acrylic face combined with a 0.6mm aluminium coil return (60mm deep) supporting face illumination, halo illumination, or both. Best suited to letters 250mm or taller with a minimum 25mm stroke width. Acrylic face available in 34+ colours; aluminium returns in matt or gloss white, black, anthracite, primary colours and metallic finishes. Fixing options: none, aluminium angle, or aluminium angle with pre-drilled mounting kit. The definitive premium sign solution for high-end shopfronts and corporate environments.
