All orders confirmed by 1 PM will be printed and sent on the same working day, this means you will have your item within 3 to 5 working days from the day you confirm your artwork, NOT the day you did Purchase the banner, eBay may set the delivery time frame but this does not mean that you will receive your item by that date unless you do provide your artwork on a same day as your purchase before 1 pm.
